Georgia on My Mind

I love a good road trip, but with 2 adults and 2 almost-adults in a very tiny car it made for a long journey.  I was so glad to see the tall pines in Georgia.  Plus, I (really, really) like collecting all the maps and pamphlets at the rest stop.  I'm a little obsessive about my travel brochure collection!

    On I75 through Chattanooga / Ft. Oglethorpe Area on the way down. Back up on I95 and then over to Elberton, GA to see Sandie's aunt and uncle. Love me some Georgia!

    Lovely! When I was a kid, I had a huge collection of brochures that I took from rest stops. I loved to look at them and pretend I could go to all the cool places in the pictures.
